Three men and a (very) little lady!

BH we are thrilled to announce the arrival of our new baby...girl! A real "v'nahafoch hu" over here - early, little, and a girl to top it all off! BH after a bit of an extended hospital stay she has joined the craziness of our home - of course bringinging her own supply of (pink) pacis!

She is almost up to her birthweight and we are under strict orders to feed her every three hours till she gains another pound. luckily she takes bottles beautifully so Ben will be involved in the nighttime feedings.

And yes, after long last, she has a name... Batya! (or Basya or Bassi, take your pick. Shaya wants "Batya Sara".) We named her after Binyamin's maternal grandmother, Grandma Fischer, whose name was "Basha Fraida". Fraida was out because it is my name, and Batya is the hebrew translation of Basha (actually, Basha is the yiddish translation of Batya, but whatever). We are very happy to perpetuate Grandma Fisher's name and we hope that little (no kidding) Batya will give everyone big loads of nachas.

In other news, we have a new mothers helper named Yael who the boys (and I) have been pretty happy with (still havent heard any "stupid yael", so thats a good sign).

Cute quotes:

MM: "His name is Batya?"
- Even the girl baby can have a prize?

Shaya: (in the bath) Abba, you're getting me wet!
- "mommy your clothes are so nice!"

Personal Favorite:

Me: "She's not always going to be so little. soon she'll get to be big like you."
Shaya: "Right, she'll get big and then she will take us to the park!

Have a great shabbos and a Freilichen Purim

Love,

Felicia, Binyamin, and the kids!
